But our goal is simple: build products that last as long as possible, and stand behind them if they don't.

The Lifetime Warranty covers manufacturing defects and construction failures. If a seam fails, a zipper breaks under normal use, or a component fails because of how it was made, we will repair or replace the product.

Seam failure, stitching separation, bonding defects. Every stitch point is engineered to hold. If it doesn't, we make it right.

Hardware

Zippers, buckles, snaps, velcro, and attachment points. If a component fails through normal wear, it's covered.

Defects

Manufacturing defects of any kind. If something left our hands wrong, we own it. Full stop.

How to submit a claim

Contact us at hello@spclst.com with your order number (if available), a short description of the issue, and a few photos of the product.

We Review

We aim to respond to all warranty inquiries within 2 to 3 business days. We'll confirm coverage and walk you through next steps from there.

Repair or Replace

We repair it if we can. Replace it if we can't. If the original product is discontinued, we will work with you to find the best available replacement or equivalent solution.

What's not covered

Normal Wear and Tear. Fading, pilling, scuffs, and surface abrasion from regular long-term use are signs your gear is doing its job, not failing.

Misuse, Neglect, or Accidents. Damage caused by using the product in ways it wasn't designed for.

Improper Care or Cleaning. Damage resulting from care methods that don't follow product guidelines.

Cosmetic Wear. Surface marks that don't affect the function or performance of the product.

Do I need to register my product?

No. Every SPC/LST product is covered from the date of purchase. No registration, no account required.

Does the warranty transfer to a new owner?

Yes. The warranty follows the product, not the original purchaser.

How long does the process take?

We aim to respond to all warranty inquiries within 2 to 3 business days. Resolution time will vary depending on whether repair or replacement is the right path.

What if my product is discontinued?

If the original product is no longer available, we will work with you to find the best available replacement or equivalent solution.
